  • How much space does the photo booth require?
    Our booth requires 8ft x 8ft.
  • How much space does the backdrop require?
    At least 8-foot ceiling height is required for all our backdrops.
  • What is the requirement for making a reservation and how early should I book?
    You may book as early as possible to make sure your date is available, but some clients we are able to book as late as 3 days before the event! A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due upon signing of contract to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 3 days before your event.
  • Is set-up and take-down included in my total hours?
    We've got you covered! The setup and takedown are all part of the package, so you don't have to worry about it eating into your total event hours. This means more booth time for your guests.
  • Do I need to set up the photo booth or take it down at the end of the event?
    Relax and enjoy your event while we handle the complete setup and teardown. This service is included in every package we offer.
  • What time do you arrive to set up? And how long to break down?
    We can arrive up to 1 hour in advance to set up. We breakdown our gear and leave the location in 30 minutes.
  • Can we set up the photo booth outdoors?
    When setting up a photo booth outdoors, clients should consider important factors such as weather conditions, stability and levelness of the ground, lighting, Wi-Fi-access, and power outlet accessibility.
  • Can you provide a certificate of insurance to my venue?
    Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a certificate of insurance to venues at this time. We recommend checking with your venue to see if they have any specific requirements or provisions regarding insurance coverage for vendors.
  • Is a special outlet necessary?
    No, a standard 120V electrical outlet located within 30 feet of the photo booth is all that is needed.
  • Is Wi-Fi required?
    Yes, it is recommended to have Wi-Fi at your event for the full experience. If there is no Wi-Fi, your photos will be added to a queue and sent once wi-fi is available.
  • Can my guests text or email their photos?
    Yes! As long as there is Wi-Fi your guests will receive their photos right away. If there is no Wi-Fi your guests can still text or email their photos but they will be sent after your event as soon as we can send them from our office.
  • How does the photo booth work?
    Each setup includes a touch screen with a live view of yourselves of the session so your guests may see themselves posing and see their photos after they are shot. There is a timer on the screen which will have a countdown to the capture! Guests will have between 3 to 5 seconds between photos to pose.
  • What's a photo template?
    A photo template is a beautifully designed layout that surrounds your captured photos. It serves as a frame or border that enhances the appearance of your pictures. The customized photo template adds a personal touch and makes every photo memorable and tailored to your event's aesthetic.
  • What's a live gallery?
    A Live Gallery is a website which stores all of the captures from your event for your guests to view during or after an event. The live gallery is updated in real-time, so long as the booth has an Internet connection. A custom live gallery design allows you to: Add branding Share company information Customize sharing options Set the gallery privacy
  • How do guests view the live gallery?
    Guests are provided a link to their capture on the live gallery after sharing it to themselves. However, not all sharing options provide the live gallery link. These sharing options will provide a link to the live gallery: Text Email QR Code AirDrop does not include a link to the live gallery. If in Offline Mode, guests will receive their link once the booth is connected to the Internet and the captures have finished uploading.
  • Do you travel?
    Yes! We travel anywhere within Chicago. A travel fee will be applied for anywhere 20 miles or more outside of Chicago.
  • Will there be a attendant at the event the whole time?
    You're in luck! You can either choose to have an onsite attendant accompany the photo booth, or simply enjoy its user-friendly interface and operate it easily on your own.
